The Board of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) is responsible for the governance and oversight of the Fund’s management, ensuring consensus-based decisions between developed and developing countries.
It convenes three times each year for the GCF Board Meetings, which also gather representatives from member countries, as well as from civil society, financial institutions, the private sector, and other partners, to discuss effective, inclusive, and sustainable ways of responding to the challenges of the climate crisis.
The 38th Board Meeting of the GCF (B.38) is held on March 4-7, 2024 in Kigali, Rwanda. Webcast can be accessed here.
